Customer Service Advisor *Full Time Position*
£7.50 to £8 per hour - Location: Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire - Contract: - Permanent

Smart Recruitment require Full Time Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Milton Keynes. This Permanent Customer Service Advisor position involves:

• Acting as a focal point for telephone and email enquiries and delivering a great customer experience
• Responding to customer requests and booking collections onto our centralised system
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure actions have been effectively progressed
• Providing a prompt and responsive service that fully reflects our outstanding reputation
• 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Our client would like any potential candidates to possess:

• High levels of energy, enthusiasm and self motivation, along with a strong team ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, plus a confident telephone manner
• A whatever it takes outlook and willingness to go that ‘extra mile’ to exceed expectations
• A fair degree of IT literacy and administrative ability, including PC/Data input skills
• Any relevant customer service experience would be good, but is by no means essential
