Business Development Consultant
£20K to £25K per year - Location: Rugby - Contract: - Permanent

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growing the existing client base
Generating new business
Pro-actively developing client relationships over the phone and through face-to-face meetings
Identifying opportunities, creating new sales leads and organising meetings to discuss opportunities
Using appropriate marketing tools & strategies to assist in the achievement of targets
Maintain close working relationships with all dormant clients

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Enthusiastic and hard working team player with a drive to succeed
Proven track record in B2B sales
Target driven and able to motivate themselves
Strong partnership and relationship building style with clients
Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively on own initiative
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
A flexible approach to their work

No previous experience in recruitment is required for this role. This position would suit someone who is looking for their first role in recruitment or is ideal for someone who is already working in the Sales industry. Applicants should be well motivated, organised, have excellent time management skills and be target driven.
